On 6 May 00, the Adjutant General, Maj Gen Timothy Lowenberg, presented streamers to the 215th Engineering Installation Squadron (EIS) located at Paine Field, Everett, WA representing the Department of the Air Force Outstanding Unit Award for the period of 1 Jan 98 - 31 Dec 99 and the Washington Air National Guard 1999 Outstanding Unit for western Washington for 1999.
